_{After performing the duty as the Messenger of Allah Almighty for 13 years in the valley of Makkah ,Muhammad(PBUH) and his followers were finally Compelled to migrate to a new community, Yathrib, that would later on famous on the city of Medina. The people of Yathrib extended that invitation as they wanted the Prophet to adjudicate their disputes.
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) form of leadership was unique in Muslim history and that is why he carried out religious, legislative, and political functions along with his military status as Commander of the Muslims. Each battle introduced new rules on the Islamic conduct.
They will learn that Islamic rules of war evolved from the 27 battles i.e Ghazawa`at in which Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) played a direct or indirect role.
After the beginning of the conquests, booty , safi ,khums and fay were also added to his financial resources.Apart from this , he would have saved money . He would also arrange for the preparation of jihad from this surplus wealth. He used to spend the rest on the poor and the needy travelers etc.
In this study Efforts have been made to analayse t the details of all Ghazawa`at and Sara`aya followed by its financial benefits to the Holy Prophet(PBUH) as a token of reverence.}
