This status of the Hadith has remained unchallenged throughout the centuries. There have been many differences among Muslims in their juristic opinions but the authority of Hadith was never denied by any jurist. There are two major kinds of revelation. The revelation of the Quran is called in Islamic terminology as “الوحی المتلو” (recited revelation) and the revelation of Hadith is called “الوحی غیر المتلو” (un-recited revelation). Hadith is integral to the Quran, since they are inseparably linked to each other. It is impossible to understand the Quran without reference to Hadith. The Quran is the message and the Hadith is the explanation of the message by messenger himself. If we reject the Hadith, we may misread the Quran. So Hadith is central to a proper understanding of the Quran. Different books have written on the importance of Hadith in different languages like Arabic, Urdu and English etc. There are many books written on said topic in Urdu and the books written in other languages have translated in Urdu too. The present article deals with analytical study of some famous books written on the importance of Hadith in Urdu and translation from Arabic language nominated Urdu books.
The distinction and difference between the God and man is clear; God is the creator, the man is the created; the God is omnipotent while man is obliged to follow His commands. These disparities clearly illustrate the difference of the status of both. However, due to linguistic limitations, at times, the terms used for ownership of the two may be the same but a contextual and critical study reveals the true essence of the difference in meaning. Unlike the capitalist school of economics, Islamic school of economics emphasizes and exerts the value it holds for individual. According to Islamic jurisdiction, an individual is rightful in claiming his occupation of a certain thing. This, on the other hand, gives rise to a question of the status of ownership of man if all things are created and distributed by God. Is there a possibility that they either both can share or hold ownership rights of a single entity? The answer is affirmative, for the context in which the word/term ownership is used for Allah Almighty holds disparity against the context in which it is used for individual; that is, Allah's ownership of his creations is everlasting but that of man is temporary or short-lived. However, what is impossible is the sharing of ownership between two individual for they both share the same status. In this situation there are chances of dispute.
After performing the duty as the Messenger of Allah Almighty for 13 years in the valley of Makkah ,Muhammad(PBUH) and his followers were finally Compelled to migrate to a new community, Yathrib, that would later on famous on the city of Medina. But keeping in mind that no one have any right to wound religious emotion of anyone. Islam thought in Quran that don’t discriminate between any of the prophets and don’t say bad things to any other prophet or religion.but nowadays it is coming to see that people specially in west are easily defaming hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) through different ways sometimes In the form of cartoons and sometimes through blasphemy, every time muslims countries start protesting against them and muslims make some demands such as to ban their products or to exile their ambassador, and the specific country give clearer answer that everyone has freedom of speech and expression and no one can be stopped from expressing their opinions as it is their basuc right. So in this article, we would explore some very famous and internationally applied documents regarding freedom of speech.we will have a look of such documents.after taking an analysis of those documents it is concluded that although these documents have told that everyone can express their opinions but without hurting someone and also they added a word of religion I those documents but it is realized that did not consider religion as a major factor while making documents. And they could not be able to define the word religion. we will also present cairo declaration of human rights which was presented as the result of UN declarations of human rights. It is purely based on Islamic point of view. And after that we compared both documents and we concluded that cairo declaration of human rights is much better for establishing a peaceful society. Since woman is considered as marginalized segment of the society, widowed and divorced are treated as servant of the house or even inferior than that. History of Non-Semitic Religions reveals that woman generally, widows and divorced particularly are treated as inhuman. Same is the case with followers of Semitic Religions, as they have left no stone unturned but to deprive widowed and divorces of their economic status and rights being granted by Allah SWT. The aim of this paper is to investigate the economic status of widowed and divorced in Semitic religions only, i.e, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. It is found that the Holy Torah and its commentary Talmud, Injeel and other religious authorities have declared woman as devil and source of menace, which consequently deprived them of maintenance, inheritance, and rights to Property. Contrary to Judaism and Christianity, Islam does guaranteed the economic rights of woman generally and of widowed and divorced particularly, to safeguard the welfare of both individual and family as well. It is found that unfortunately, even the followers of Islam are also making evasions to deprive the mention population from their religious and socio-economic rights, i.e, re-marry, Inheritance, maintenance and right of property etc. Therefore, it is suggested that religious scholars, government and other stake holders of the society should work together to overcome the real economic problems faced by this marginalized segment of the society.
Zia-ud-Din, Prof.
"Sirat-un-Nabi" by Allama Shibli's is a well-known book in the Prophet's biography written in Urdu language.
