But when it is left uncontrollable, it carries a terrible form of materialism. The travesty of materialism based on falsehood could have catastrophic consequences for humanity. This spirit of lust and self-desire took the form of looting, irritation, and strange forms of acquisition wealth, the industrial and mechanical era began, as a result, a handful of people seized the treasures of the living. And the majority of humankind began to groan over hunger, poverty and diseases in the days of these machines. Materialism is a deadly disease that adversely affects human character and society. The cure for that matter is to build a deeper relationship with the Holy Quran. From the Islamic point of view in relation to wealth, the right path is to moderate between inflation and distortion. To this, the abundance of wealth is not in contradiction to piety. Its teachings are that human beings should adopt lawful means to acquire wealth, avoid forbidden ways. And spent, what he has earned, on himself and upon those who are concerned to him and in addition to that he should consider the rights of the servants of the almighty Allah upon it too.
2021-09-22T04:26:44-04:00 Dr. Fareed Ud Din Tariq dr.fareed.uajk@gmail.com Dr. Hasnat Gillani Hasnat Gillani gillani500@gmail.com
It is a natural thing that mutual disagreements and discords appear in a community of people. Societies and community organizations come into existence to make sure to establish a balance between mutual rights and obligations of the people. This structure is called the state and the government, and the main responsibility of a state government particularly an Islamic government is to establish justice. This system requires that all-around justice is established at all levels.

The study of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah make it evidently clear that in the formation of the Islamic state this principle of balance is present in every respect. Judiciary is the most important element and the central axis in the Islamic system of governance. Scholars of ancient times have pointed to the importance of context. They said their abbreviated term "for each situation, speech”. "Therefore, not considering the context of the text leads to error in understanding the text, whether this error is in whole or in part.

The context was inherent to our scholars in the Arab heritage, Some contemporary say: Rhetorical Scholars recognized the idea of the conext, nearly 1,000 years, the recognition of the concepts of "situation" and "speech" as two distinct foundations of the analysis of meaning is now regarded in the West as the result of the adventures of contemporary reason in the study of language.

The context is one of the issues that have attracted the attention of scholars in the Arab since ancient times. This led me to choose a field of study, The importance of this topic lies in the importance of context in ancient Arabic studies. The reasons for selection can be summed up in these questions posed by the subject: What is the context? What are the features of its uses in Arab heritage?, What is the importance of the context among the scholars of linguistics, rhetoric, interpretation, and Hadith in the Arab heritage?
2022-04-05T00:00:00-04:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Hazaraislamicus https://hazaraislamicus.com/index.php/home/article/view/117 دور اليسر والرخاء في تنوّع الشعر العربي القديم 2021-09-26T06:45:33-04:00 Dr. Qadeera Saleem drqsaleem@gmail.com Engineer Ilyas Salih ilyas.salih00@gmail.com
Ancient Arabic poetry started its journey in the pre-Islamic era. This was a simplistic form of literary genre. Poets are sensitive creatures of nature in society. Timestamps of the living environment including poverty and prosperity in poetic thoughts are fairly distinctive. Poets under economic stress or in fearful environments have expressed their feelings in a depressing and controlled manner. A comfortable atmosphere proved more fertile for the growth and development of multiple poetic streams both in content and form. Distinctions between free and stressful environments are extensively visible in poetic works of those times. My research hypothesis has boiled down to the findings that prosperity, wealth, and a mentally comfortable atmosphere have played a major role in the diversification of ancient poetry. This I have established while quoting relevant examples from renowned poetic works of those times.
2022-04-05T00:00:00-04:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Hazaraislamicus https://hazaraislamicus.com/index.php/home/article/view/123 Scientific Preaching Method of the Qur’an 2021-10-30T09:47:05-04:00 sadaqat husain sadaqatajk2@gmail.com Zafar Ahmad Khan sadaqatajk2@gmail.com
The Qur'an's invitation styles are one-of-a-kind and unparalleled. There are no examples of these Qur'aanic styles in Arabic poetry. Be it speech, fortune-telling, or any other form of communication with which the Arabs were familiar before or after Islam. The "scientific style of invitation" is one of the Qur'anic styles. The Qur'anic styles demonstrate both clear and literal command. The Qur'an does not employ novel methods while also containing effective events, instructive examples, stories of previous nations, unchanged rulings and issues, prophecies, and scientific evidence. There is no complication in the text, and it is written in a simple style. Its da'wah has always been and will always be present, and its examples are not fictitious. As a result, questions arise in the modern scientific mind as to what the scientific style of the Qur'an is and how comprehensive it is in its style. Is there a sense of originality and inclusiveness in it? Why has the Qur'an's scientific style briefly presented imagery in many places, and how will it be useful to the modern scientific mind? Is it necessary to support the authenticity of the Qur'aan's style with a modern scientific statement? This research work will prove the authenticity of Islam on scientific grounds which is the need of the hour. Such studies are rare in literature.
2022-04-05T00:00:00-04:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Hazaraislamicus https://hazaraislamicus.com/index.php/home/article/view/118 Institutionalization of Islamic Political Parties in Pakistan: A Case Study of Jamiat Ulama-e-Pakistan 2021-09-28T01:15:29-04:00 Maryam Siddiqa maryamlodhi_iiui@yahoo.com Husnul Amin husnulamin@hotmail.com
Islamic political parties (IPPs) have been a significant feature of the various Muslim states including Pakistan. There are around 25 registered IPPs in Pakistan and most of them are identified with a specific sectarian group or religious denominational. This research concerns Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP) which has been a renowned Barelwi-based Islamic political party. The party had often been divided into several factions and all factions of JUP adhered to more or less same party constitution as well as organizational structure. Keeping in view all major factions, this study explores whether JUP had practiced influence in the political landscape of Pakistan. The scholarly circle agreeing role of political parties in democratic states largely agree that only institutionalized political parties can exercise influence in any democratic state. In the light of this view, the study primarily analyzes JUP’s institutionalization as a party and its impacts on shaping its role in state’s politics from 1947 to 2018. In the present research, party institutionalization is measured in the light of the internal and external determinants outlined on the basis of scholarly and semi-scholarly books, articles and policy papers. These determinants include autonomy in decision making, party organization, coherence and roots in the society. The paper concludes that JUP did not practice a notable influence in the political landscape of Pakistan particularly due to falling short of meeting criteria set for party institutionalization. Decision making regarding critical issues were monopolized mostly by influential internal leadership and/or external actors seeking their personal political interests. Similarly, the JUP had hardly framed any common grounds acceptable to all party leadership for practical implementation of party constitution and developing basic organizational structure such as party offices, nationwide organizational presence, personnel and material sources etc. In fact, lack of autonomy in decision making had often led to controversies among party leadership and due to disorganization, the party had failed to accommodate those controversies. Consequently, the party had splintered into factions and had failed to strengthen its roots in the society.
2022-04-05T00:00:00-04:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Hazaraislamicus
