Just like Islam, all religions have a set of beliefs and tenets. Islamic beliefs are sacred for Muslims, Moses and Torah are sacred for Jews, Jesus and Gospel are sacred for Christians. The same applies in the case of other religions too. Peaceful coexistence in a multi-religious and multicultural society necessitates refraining from insulting each other's sanctities. The Holy Qur'an forbids Muslims from abusing the gods of the polytheists, so that they would not pass insulting comments regarding Allah Almighty. On the other hand, the recent past has witnessed unexpected increase in the crimes of blasphemy at both national and international levels, which leads to riots every now and then. Accomplishing the mission of peace requires that all must hold respect for each other's sanctities and take care of their feelings towards their religious tenets. Similarly, the members of the minority community living in Pakistan also have the responsibility to hold respect for the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as the Muslim community owes the responsibility to pay respect to their beliefs. It is also the duty of the international community to refrain from any action that hurts the feelings of one and a half billion Muslims for the sake of global peace. This paper discusses the principle of “respect of sanctities” in Islam and its role in peace-making in the multicultural world. In addition, in order to stop committing blasphemous acts, this paper will come up with certain measures and recommendations under the pretext of this principle. It will conclude the discussion with the responsibilities of individual Muslims, minority people, government and religious leaders in this regard.

ABSTRACT

Orientalism is a movement against Islam in general. Orientalist have wrote many books on eastern civilization especially they targeted Islam and criticized its ideology. Orientalists have defamed Islam in many ways, especially they targeted the personality and character of our Holy Prophet MUHAMMAD (SAW).

The personality of Holy Prophetﷺ is the only true guide line for all the mankind. His Character is not only praised by Muslims but Non-Muslim Scholars has also admired his identity.

Many orientalists have targeted the life of Holy prophet and made their commentary on his life events. Similarly they also criticized our holy prophet’s paternal line which has no uncertainty. This article is shows critical analysis of orientalists that have made uncertainty in Holy Prophet Muhammad’s paternal line.

An epidemic is a particular contagious disease which spreads and effects from individual to others at large quickly, like flu, yellow fever etc. Similarly, pandemic is also a widespread infectious disease that affects millions of people such as an entire country or continent or even at global level. The epidemics are considered as a transmittable disease and have not only pushed humans to the brink of disaster. Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during this time Rather; economies envelop educational institutions, tourist destinations, etc. A long list can be created on an evolutionary review of significant Arabic literature on epidemic and pandemic. Almost one hundred sixty-five books are written only in Arabic language. Most of these books in early era are unpublished and extent in manuscript form. The entire literature is very important and valuable in respect of acquiring guidance for future and present times. In this article a rigorous effort has been made in collecting significant number of Arabic books on the subject.

Lockdown, quarantine, social distancing and other necessary steps during the pandemic of Covid-19 aim to preserve the human life. Preservation of life is one of the objectives of Islamic Shariah. Precautionary and necessary measures to save the life of human being are highly recommended in Quranic verses and Prophetic traditions(Hadith). Imposing these steps by the government is sometimes condemned and opposed by many clergies which led layman to confusion resulted in problems to control the critical situation owing to pandemic. What is the fact of matter? are there solid grounds and arguments in shariah which provide guidance in such bad situation. According to the Shari'ah law to the ownership, every individual, man, and woman, Muslim and non-Muslim have right to own a piece of land. Thus there or several modes for the Acquisition of a land. Among those modes one is rehabilitation of the lands uncultivated and not owned by anyone, which called ehya’ul mawat. This study aimed to explain the rules of this mode, and to compare the rules of shamilat in Contemporary land ownership laws in pakistan. The sayings of prophet ﷺ about ehya’ul mawat are narrated in Sahihul Bukhari and other books, This study is mostly from the commentary of sheikh abdul khaliq bajawri in his book Ghunyatul qari; the interpretation of Sahih ul Bukhari.

Islamophobia denotes a range of negative feelings and behavior toward Muslims and their religion Islam, from generalized bigotry, intolerance, and prejudice on the one hand to a morbid dread and hatred on the other. Although this Phobia is found in most parts of the world but it is especially practiced in European countries.

The trends and incidents to perform Islamophobia in the West includes the attacks and degradation of Islamic identities and the sacred places, books and personalities of Islam, the opposition and legislation against the vail, dress or the getup of Muslim men and women, extreme violations of Muslim’s human rights and promotion of negative propaganda against Islam and Muslims in western media. As a result of this prejudice and the behavior of disparity very negative impacts are occurring on the Muslims in the west.

In this article it is focused on the Introduction of Islamophobia, its trends, effects and their remedies in the light of the suggestions of some well-known experts, facts and evidences and recommendations of some international institutions and persons and suggested some solutions to resolve and reduce its negative impacts on the European society. Moreover recent positive and encouraging Improvements on international level is also discussed in this regard.

Islam is built in the origins and objectives of the facilitation, mitigation, removing hardship form adults and taxpayers, and compassion to humans, and these are the properties that distinguishes it from other religions., and made it characterized by realism, and stability constant and tender, and the ability to be applied in every time and place. Anyone who deeply studies the Islamic faith, finds a whole comprehensive human life, clear-cut, easy affordable, far from the complexity, mystery, puzzles, unclearties, and incantations that characterize many faiths, which amazes the followers, they do not understand its meaning. But one who knows Islam thoroughly does not find any difficulty in understanding Islam. It is not difficult understanding the Islamic faith and learning, but this does not mean it is the doctrine of cliché, not subjected to the intellectual evidence, and accept even throated and accommodate all levels of different intellects , and different thoughts, scientists and philosophers, speakers, intellectuals and the general public. But the universality of the Islamic faith and clarity was quick proliferation in different civilizations, people accepted from all different races and religions. But they did not see such religion to whom people are converted individually or in groups like an Islamic religion. The Shariah is built on the ease, which aims to enable the Muslims to perform the Islamic obligations in all cases, even with ignorance, coercion and the deficit, it is performed as he could, and acts of worship that God imposed on His servants, the Prophet(SAW) has forbidden to turn it into a source of fatigue and weariness of the people, because those workers who toil day and night, and the weak and the sick, adults and the elderly, it is not suitable for a leader to shove them, nor for the Imam to put followers in difficulty, the prayer worship is conversing with his Lord, and reveal to him his sins, and ask him for forgiveness and mercy, and it begs to be forgiven, and that gives him the strength to continue with good deeds in life, so the prayer is a platform where the human rests from the troubles of life. So whoever leads people in prayer he should be merciful to them, nor persecute prolongation them even oatmeal them, untiring their bodies, so that they do not stay away from prayer. The facilitation and manifestation of compassion in Islam, only those teachings are acceptable that are according to Quran and Sunnah. If it goes beyond boundried of Quran and Sunnah into the hardship, and pulled away from the purposes of the religion, and contradicted their sources, they are not considered, the facilitation in Islam includes whole human life, and in this study, a statement of the most important manifestations of easing in doctrine, worship, and transactions.

The civilization that dominated the world two hundred years ago its knowledge, faith and certainty is confined to the senses only. And they have nothing to support belief in the unseen. At the present time, where there are more than one billion Muslims in the world. The majority of them live in more than fifty (50) countries. However there is no Islamic way of life in most Muslim countries. Both in terms of religion and ideology and the weakness of faith among these Muslims takes the form of an outright denial of the existence of Allah or the message. Many of them are deprived of this firm belief and attachment to Allah. This complete confidence in leadership and guidance; because of their suffering from the aforementioned disease of mankind. Who does not need to be Allah the ruler in all matters of life?
Abu Al-Hasan Ali Al-Nadawi was one of the scholars of the twentieth century and the great preacher of Muslims. He was one of those who devoted their life to getting Muslims out of this misery. And he explained to Muslims all the temptations of the West that he had adopted and presented their solution in the light of Islam. And he told Muslims that your best is in Islam only.

In this mundane world, resulting from wicked deeds, easy and difficult circumstance, individual and mass casualties, destruction and calamities of all sorts are connected with the actions and morals of humans as well as with the trials on humans by Allah, results of evil doings, and also with the Divine punishment. The filth of thought, actions and physical has a great share in the causes of these different disasters and Torments. These Divine punishments can assume in different forms. Their rejection, doubt in them and heedlessness towards them is against the Quran and Hadith. The basic and key reason of the rejection to these is the disbelief in the Day of Judgment, owing to which moral restraints are imposed on human beings, which are unpleasant to them. However, seen through the light of Quranic verses and Hadith there is no point which impedes in believing that the Allah Almighty Who, on the Day of judgment, resurrects a man after his departure from this world can inflict, in this world too, the Divine punishment on this body on account of his sins and rewards on account of his good deeds. The basic reason of this mindset of rejection to this is the zenith-of-the-roof western-education and research’s promulgation of only the materialistic perspective of the history and the influences based on the weariness to Allah. The solution is to bend the knee in humility before Allah and adhering to the Divine Law or the Sunnah of Allah and giving men the thought to the right path by putting to a better use of the delay granted for the reconciliation with Allah instead of committing the wicked deeds. In this case, we, as the moderate Ummah and the best of all the Ummah, proclaim the Jehad of guidance in all fields of life.
