Abstract

The statement of the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) message and calling towards Allah is incomplete without reviewing the causes, evolution, and consequences of the opposition of Quraysh-e-Makkah. Opposition and hatred of Quraysh have historically consisted of two stages. The first phase begins with the proclamation of Prophethood, and this phase continues in full force before the migration of Madinah. While the second period of the Quraysh began immediately after the migration of Madinah.

Opposition and denying the invitation to the truth is actually a sign of truth. This is why the Prophet's Prophecy and the opposition of Quraysh are co-ordinated. The Seerah writers have mentioned in detail the events of the proclamation of Prophethood to Madinah, usually in opposition to Quraysh, but after the migration to Madinah, the review of the opposition of Quraysh along with the publication of Islam not taken.

This article reviews the opposition and hostility of Quraysh in the context of the Makki and Madani Period, as well as a review of the evolution of the Prophethood, the propaganda strategy, the publication of Islam, and the efforts made for the consolidation of Islamic society in this context.
